Every stage produces an artefact that lives in the platform, so the programme is auditable long after the people who ran it have moved on.

Brief and feasibility
Tech pack, reference sample or sketch, plus your target landed cost and volume. We come back with what is buildable, what it will really cost, and where the risk sits.

Factory matching
We shortlist from suppliers we already audit and already work with. Two or three that genuinely fit — not a mass RFQ blasted at forty factories.

Costing and terms
Line-by-line costing — materials, hardware, labour, packaging, wastage. You see the build-up, not just a number, and we negotiate against it.

Sampling
Proto, counter-sample, fit and materials approval, then a sealed sample that becomes the reference for every inspection that follows.

Production and QC
PO issued in the platform. Materials-in, cutting, assembly and finishing milestones posted by the supplier. Inline inspection while there is still time to correct, then final QC at AQL 2.5.

Pack, document, ship
Carton plan, labels and packing list generated from the packed quantities. Export documents assembled, booking made, delivery note issued against the PO.

Compliance and QC
The part nobody enjoys, done properly.
A failed lab test or a missed audit costs more than the entire margin on the order. We treat compliance as part of the build, not as paperwork at the end.
Product testing
REACH, CPSIA, California Prop 65, azo dyes, phthalates, heavy metals and PFAS screening through accredited third-party labs.
Social audits
BSCI, Sedex/SMETA or a client's own audit protocol, refreshed on the cycle your compliance team requires.
Inspection
Inline and final inspection at AQL 2.5 by default, tightened to 1.5 or 1.0 on critical defects when the programme warrants it.
Traceability
Material origin, tannery and hardware source recorded against the order — because increasingly you will be asked to prove it.
Commercial
The numbers people ask for first.
Indicative, and deliberately so — the real answer depends on your construction and volume. But this is the shape of it.
